I have been creating prints since the mid nineteen eighties and equate the process of printmaking to the investigation of places I have lived or visited, discovering layers of information from my observations. I examine the meaning of home life, the cultural dynamic of family, neighborhood, community and the secrets held within these environments.
I have exhibited extensively in the Cleveland Ohio region and has affiliation with Zygote Press, The Morgan Conservatory for Papermaking, and the Cleveland Museum of Art.
I was awarded a two-month artist residency at Bamboo Curtain Studio in Taiwan in 2016.
I received my BFA from The Cleveland Institute of Art in 1987 and my Tamarind Master Printer certification from The Tamarind Institute of Lithography in Albuquerque New Mexico in 1998. I currently live and work in Cleveland Ohio.
