Self taught in photography and fabric arts, I enjoy using my crafts to uncover hidden stories and reveal the small moments of beauty and wonder that surround us. Whether shooting still life or portraits, my style as a photographer is to seek out the natural and provide images that are captivating and memorable without use of editing. My dolls are whimsical and a bit wonky; they are handsewn and embroidered using felt, found fabrics, and vintage buttons. Somewhere between those two mediums, I also create illustrative work, including interior wall murals, that focus on unique characters and botanical line drawings.
